How to Make a Spandex Swing
In this video I demonstrate how we make our spandex swings here at ‘Ohana Occupational Therapy.
Supplies Needed to make the swing:
1) Dancewear / Swimwear knit fabric from Joann’s Fabric each layer is 2 yards, we usually have 3 layers
2) 4 rock climbing strength carabiners available at sporting good stores
3) Sharp fabric scissors
